I was in crippling debt and had worked with a 3rd party debt consolidation company to maybe pull myself out of debt. Paying what I could barely afford while they "negotiated" with my creditors. While one out of 3 didn't want to negotiate they wanted to use me right around Christmas. I was so worried, and started looking at options, and came across 3 different bankruptcy law offices. As I told each my above issue they all advised me to file bankruptcy, but out of the 3 West gave me the best price, and most information about what it would all in tell. I choose them, and it was the best decision, they have been so wonderful. They answer any questions I had within 24 hrs. They were always kind when I felt some of my questions were odd. They did a payment plan to hire them that didn't hurt me financially. If I didn't understand something they would explain it in several ways. They made something I believed was going to be horrible into a bareable, and manageable situation. I'm so grateful that they stayed with me every step of the way, and will continue to be there for me as they help me bring my credit back up over the next year. I can not thank them enough. They are literal life saviors because if not for them I'd be getting sued, wages garnished, not being able to make bills, then eventually homeless.
