Through out the whole process it was very easy any and all of my questions were answered. And the staff and lawyers were very nice and informative.

For obvious reasons no one ever wants to file for bankruptcy! But, sometimes things happen in life that are out of our control and we have to do things like this. That being said, we would not have wanted to file with any other attorney than Rick West. Rick was there for us every step of the way! He was always available to answer any questions we may have and was glad to do it! Because of him we were able to follow along easily and turn documents in on a timely manner. He would let us know what steps were next and was amazing at keeping us informed. His program was so easy for us to follow and Rick West is truly the most friendly, helpful, professional and we are very grateful for his help! Obviously we never want to be in this predicament ever again but if God forbid some reason that happens we pray Rick West is available. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to this man and the team he's assembled. They were so kind, understanding and PASSIONATE about getting me the help I needed. I have been so lost and down on my luck for the last few years and ruined myself financially speaking in my early 20s and honestly never thought I'd be able to turn myself around. My momma referred me to Mr. West because he also helped her get back on her feet when I was young. She was VERY adamant about him because she knew first hand he was genuine, KNEW his buisness and owned it. I wouldn't recommend any other office to anyone BUT this one. Bankruptcy is a headache and can be a nightmare. But the way they break down the process and guide you through it all made it almost painless. All of them are amazing with keeping communication open and trying to get you taken care of as fast as humanely possible. This is not just a profession to them, they actually CARE about these clients. It's very apparent. It makes me feel unworthy of the help I'm receiving because total strangers are LITERALLY pressing a reset button on my life without batting an eye. I can't thank Mr. West and his team enough. The terrible places I've landed financially would only be getting worse if it weren't for them. So I will always suggest this team to anyone I come across who's off their feet. Because they WILL get you back on them.
