The office is set up very well, easy to use, very organized and efficient. The communions process was excellent. I learned a lot. Rick is very knowledgeable about everything and it helps a lot. The workbook well organized and I appreciate the way my case was handled.

I did not seek services with this company. During my evaluation/phone consultation, I felt the credit counselor was very combative and not empathetic at all. Financial problems and burdens are a very sensitive subject and vulnerable position to be in. This law office sends emails with videos on how sensitive and caring they are and the credit counselor came off very rude. That is not how you gain trust.

On a personal level. Richard West is a super nice guy and very easy to talk to. You can tell he cares.
On a business level. His supporting staff is just as nice and very easy to talk to. To be honest this is not an easy process to go through but they will help you get through it and help to educate you in the process. You will not regret giving them a call!
