Had a traffic violation that transformed into more that what it was supposed to be. Contacted Frank and he dealt with it so swiftly I was surprised (reached out to him say Thursday evening, by Friday morning he was at the courts working on it). Aside being professionally expeditious and efficient, he's very humble and down to earth and connected personally with me. Thanks again Frank!
