Poor communication and lack of responsiveness from the firm
“It's been at least 4 years and I continue to hear the same thing about my case. The resolution people have it and they are trying to get the best possible settlement for my lawsuit. I called almost a year ago and asked if I could speak with the attorney or one of the attorneys supposedly handling my case. My phone call was meant with hostility and even after I left my information, no one ever returned my call.”
