Unfavorable experience in-take agent E**a 5/20 another unidentified agent a few days later both were very rude. In addition, neither are familiar with the law pertaining to having a P.O.A. for an individual with a disability, but has reached the age of majority. I attempted to explain the circumstances, however, my efforts were unproductive the both agents ended the call abruptly. That's typically occurs when individuals attempt to practice law without a law degree.
It's very concerning because I know this organization provides impeccable legal representation.

Exceptional representation IF you can get it! Unfortunately they are underfunded and can not take on every case. Because of this, I believe they can only afford to represent the bigger impact cases (like discrimination) that if won, will not only benefit the client but the general public as well. I had such a case and my attorney, Debra Levay, fought for me like a tigress and we won!
