I got support from Ms. Bradley and their team to work on my case. Despite we couldn´t met in person due COVID situation, she submitted and worked on our case. All communication was done with zoom, calls and emails. The staff was very kind, always returning my calls with some specific questions I had.

Three times in 50 years I've tried to get help thru them, I'm always denied but fit the criteria to get help. In my opinion, this is nothing more than a scam.. I'll never try them again
