Karen Denise Bradley is the best lawyer I never met in my life so far . She’s the hope for those who are hopeless. Before I know her, I was hopeless alone by myself in this country after consulting all these lawyers in the job, they told me I was supposed to go back overseas, but thanks God I met this beautiful woman with a lot of integrity and good heart,after she seen my situation didn’t even ask me for labor fees to introduce my case to immigration, she helped me get all my paperwork done with all the situations I was going through she made everything that she could do to get my together like an angel, with her amazing secretary Lisa wheat they really unstoppable. I really appreciate the help they gave me because without them I’ll won’t be able to be with my daughters . Thank you Karen for everything you did for me might God bless you. One love🙏

Legal Aide was awesome! You guys rock!

The woman I spoke to was rude. She asked if there had been any domestic violence in the last 30 days. I was no but there has been over the course of 4 years (I wasn’t sure if that was anything she would need to know). She then copt and attitude at me and said I didn’t say the last 4 years I said 30 days. I was told in December of last year that I could get help with my divorce. I’ve been struggling trying to get my ex to come to terms with things in our divorce and just recently finally got the papers filled out that I need since he decided to comply. I was just told that they don’t have the attorneys for that but yet when I called greater Dayton volunteer lawyers project They said all I had to do was have an application with you all. I am not referring anyone I know to people who are rude and inconsiderate of the fact not all of us have the money for lawyers and I need one because he has already tried to turn things around on me. He has threatened to not sign the papers if I do not meet with him alone and by myself. He has abused me physically and mentally. We have not been together in 2 years and I’ve been trying to divorce him since I left him. I can’t stay married to someone who tries to bully me into giving him my phone number and my address and my place of work. I’m terrified of him and this lady wouldn’t even let me explain the situation. Do not go to these people if you need out of a abusive marriage. They don’t care.

Legal Aid is a great service except when trying to get basic information because they only want to speak with the person who is in need of assistance. The person I talked to cut me off and told me to have the other party give them a call.

It just goes to show you how corrupt the system has gotten. In Dayton Ohio the tenants need to be charging landlords for doing a background check. There is an epidemic of slumlord landlords in Dayton. Unfortunately legal aids not funded your help anymore because everyone has just concluded that nobody just wants to pay rent it couldn't possibly be the landlord's fault. But it's no did I was 51 years old when I got my first eviction and encountered for slumlord landlord in a row. I bet if I did what I wanted to do to those landlords I would have gotten some free legal aid LOL
