We recently closed and requested a check for the funds. They did not have a check for us. The gentleman who did the closing seemed to have no idea. They made us do a wire transfer, which is not what we wanted to do. After we left a received a call that they did issue the check but forgot it on their desk. That's just unacceptable to "forget" proceeds for a closing. On top of that they said I could come pick it up. I would think that they would've made accommodations on their end to get the money to me anyway possible. I was not impressed and im still waiting to get my funds. I did not receive any notification they wired the money.

Tammy Lucous was extremely helpful to us and our BHHS agent Ty Davidson all throughout our real estate transaction. Closing Services Director John Wilson efficiently worked us through all our signing documents. We also appreciate the secure NW Fidelity portal for milestone updates and easy review of documents.

The person that I dealt with was nice enough, but it seemed like I did a lot of work on their behalf. ....why am I doing their job?!

We sold our house and they were the title company that done the closing. The house was split three ways and the day of closing the figures were wrong and was brought to their attention. So the checks they brought to the closing were wrong and we had the money wired to our account and signed the correct closing contract with the right figures. So we get the wire transfer and they wired the wrong amount. Such poor service!! So we lost out on thousands of dollars.
