I hired Jack Hilgeman after an Auto Accident and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Jack is a very matter of fact lawyer who sets realistic expectations and then works ward to exceed them. Because Jack HIlgeman and his paralegal Michelle make an awesome team, both are client driven and focused on results. Unlike the big name law firm who I originally had the displeasure of working with (DGM&S), Jack made sure to keep his promises. Even better, Jack is always available to answer questions via phone or email! I asked a LOT of them and he patiently answered each and every one. Ultimately, my settlement fell right into line with what Jack projected. 5 Stars. I'd recommend Jack Hilgeman to anyone who has been involved in an auto accident and is seeking legal representation.

I interviewed 3 different attorneys for my car accident case, but Jack seemed like the only one who actually cared. He came to visit me which really helped us out. Went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while waiting for my case to work its way through the system. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Jack represented me after I was involved in a car accident in 2016. I could have not chose a better lawyer than Jack. He was honest with me and worked with me to get the best outcome. Mr. Hilgeman had represented me after an accident in April 2016 that had placed me in Miami Valley Trauma floor for a week. I sustained multiple injuries that caused me to lose work for three months. Battling this injury, we had hired him to battle the legal stuff so I wouldn't have to worry about something else. When we requested him, he had personally came to meet me to learn about my case, because I was unable to met with him in his office. He was very professional, caring, and motivated to provide me with the best care and get the best outcome we could get. Not once did I feel he was only there to get his share of the money. He stopped the nonstop calls I was receiving from the other guys insurance immediately, always asked for my input, great with communicating, and would make sure you knew exactly what was going on. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if I ever needed to be represented again in the future.

Jack was in constant communication when necessary and went above and beyond normal service by making sure to follow up with me after the claim where I was injured after being hit by a semi truck to make sure I was okay and that he did everything he could to help.
