Unethical conduct in handling plea deals
“The night before the trial, his assistant called me on the phone and said that we were going to take the plea and I'd probably have to do a few weekends in jail. The day of the trial Mulligan was 30 minutes late and the judge was aggravated -I agreed to the plea and was promptly handcuffed and lead away to jail with no work release!”
