Brock defines the goals, sets expectations, AND GETS RESULTS. Being charged with a OVI is already a stressful situation, but Brock calmed me immediately with his easy going nature and his strong desire to listen and understand the pertinent facts of my case. He is well known and respected in the area by all sides, the prosecution, defense, and judge. I have no doubt that having his cache and experience in my corner greatly helped my case. I was pulled over in 2013 for OVI and the charge was lowered to physical control. Well, this past October 2018, I was pulled over again for OVI and knew how serious I had to take the situation and had to hire the best. Brocks reputation speaks for itself but I was still extremely impressed. We met to talk about the situation, came up with a plan and the desired goal. Within a few weeks I have my driving privileges back and we had a motion to suppress filed and a hearing date scheduled. At the suppression hearing he not only fought very hard on my behalf, he was able to get the deal we wanted and the OVI was dropped to a physical control with no points on my license. (Getting an OVI dropped to a second physical control is almost impossible). This would have never happened without Brock in my corner. Not only is he a phenomenal lawyer, he is a great human being and I wouldn't want anyone else representing me.
