After 40 years of marriage, we decided that we wanted to protect our assets for our family from probate delays and nightmares. We heard about and decided to attend an informational session offered by Gudorf Law Group, LLC. on the benefits of having the trust as opposed to a simple will. The session was great and answered a lot of questions that we had about trust planning and implementation. We also received a free one-on-one consultation to help us decide if a trust was the best way to go specifically for us… And it was. Everyone that we have met at Gudorf Law has been knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We are in the final stages of completing our trust planning and looking forward to the benefits to our family.

My husband passed away unexpectedly this year. We both had trusts and I just didn’t know where to get everything figured out. I came upon Gudorf law group and it was the best place. Attorneys Megan Gaskin and Ben Worsowicz are helping me to navigate the Medicaid world with the establishment of a Special Needs Trust. I called to get more information about estate / probate case and I was immediately shut down because my late father’s assets were not “worth anything”. I understand attorney’s take cases they can win but it’s how the receptionist said it. Maybe a little compassionate etiquette course could have do her some good!
