I have never dealt with people that are so unprofessional in my life.first off no return phone calls, couldn't get a call back or talk to anyone when we called,2nd kept giving us different numbers,out of 3000 I would be getting $120 after him taking my money and paying for hospital bills that we.were not liable to pay.we we're the victim and felt like we were being punished..I am making a complaint with the bar association..he also threatened to put a lien on our money.lol like he didn't already take it..he sent our paper work to sign a month after we talked to him about it after having to call again..please do your homework on these crooks

This attorney office is the epitome of what is wrong with the reward system of earning what is due to you the client after physical, and personal loss in an accident. You will be told what you want to hear by there many different under qualified attorney’s, just so you will sign up for their counsel. Once you sign those documents and about a year later you will be given the lowest offer possible of $5000. Which you will walk away with only $1,000 of. As we all know that doesn’t even scratch the surface on covering your pain, suffering, lifestyle changes, etc. They will tell you they will ask for more but they will not work for you. They will accept whatever offer the insurance companies are willing to pay, no more. The worst part is when you tell them it’s an unacceptable offer they will then tell you they will negotiate for more and you won’t here back from KNR until your Case statue of limitations is almost over. That’s when they will send you a letter stating you only have - month to sign papers for settlement or you won’t get jack. So basically, you have to give up any legal right to sue to recover your actual cost back AND allow the law office to get YOUR CHECK and give you whatever portion THEY THINK you deserve.

I was lied to from the first phone call. Stuck me with an out of town attorney who was inept, dishonest and could have cared less. I made a big mistake hiring these people and the settlement was a joke, just like the attorney. I complained to management during the process and was ignored. Terrible service. Use someone, anyone else.

I was involved in a MVA and didn't know how to handle the incidents that followed. Over all my experience was great my bodily injury was taking care of being patient is a verture when working with the insurance company at time I did get irritated because I felt like I was being spun but the insurance company really takes you for a ride but my lawyers and paralegal kept me informed
