My experience with this company Was excellent! I am well pleased with the final result. My team was polite and very kind.

KNR made the process as easy as possible. The staff was patient and kind at all steps of the process.

Andy Vollmar was courteous, kind, and willing to let our law school attending daughter sit in on our mediation, while also taking the time to invite questions from all of us. At the end of the day we were very pleased with him as well as with how thing turned out. His advice was spot on.

My daughter Nicole Robson was a passenger in my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan that was a hit skip by a drunk driver in October of 2019. The van was totaled, and my daughter had some injuries. This was a very traumatic experience for Nicole, she is Deaf, so she contacted me though FaceTime to let me know what happened. Fortunately I was two block away, and got a ride to the accident scene to interpret for Nicole about what happened. This was at night, so the next morning I took Nicole to the Urgent Care, which had my take her to the hospital for X-rays. I contacted KNR and Jim Tully they took care of everything. Due to my insurance company delay it took longer to settle everything, we had to wait for them to try to get money from the drunk driver, which I don’t believe he had any insurance. After everything was settled with State Farm, Jim Tully contacted me for my daughter to sign paperwork, and approximately two weeks later she was issued a check. The Urgent Care, Hospital, and Chiropractor bill were also taken care of being paid. Thank you Jim Tully with KNR, it was great working with you.

LeeAnn Diller worked her BUTT off to make sure I got everything I deserved from this accident. She was attentive, detailed and very patient about this whole situation. After I thought the case was closed, she went the extra mile to get more compensation and I cannot thank her enough for her persistence. LeeAnn Diller 5/5!! ⭐️
