Ms. Allen has been our immigration attorney since 2015. She has worked on H1B Visa cases for two employees, and over time, one that needed renewal. When we changed our corporate structure, she was instrumental in applying for, and us being approved for, our H1B Visa holders moving under a new company name. I have enjoyed working with her over the years and I've found her to be very professional, and she takes time to explain things in a way we can understand. She's been a great partner for us and our employees!

My employer tried to lie and take advantage of myself and a coworker. Shahrzad Allen represented my coworker so I engaged her to represent me as well, separately. I was so confused about what was happening to me, but she let me know clearly what was relevant and worth focusing on. She won the case against my coworker and my employer saw that she was representing me as well, and dropped the case against me. What a victory and relief. I am eternally grateful for her expertise.

She help me get a lot of stuff done concerning immigration. My two previous lawyers before her told me that in my situation I was not allowed to obtain a work permit. She did get me a work permit and on top of that she reopened my case that seemed impossible at that time. She is a great lawyer and very knowledge than most of the lawyers I have dealt with in the past. Don't waste your time look for a lawyer , pick up a phone and call her. She will reduce your headache and stress just by talking to her. She knows her stuff
