Not sure why there is not a consultation fee. That does not add value.

Doesn’t return phone calls

Cam Stanley is a ghost. I met with him regarding a car accident, where he told me not to file my claim and that he would take care of speaking to my insurance and the other parties involved for me. He made it sound like it would all be so easy and said that he would be sending me papers to sign via email and when I asked how much his fee would be, he said “don’t worry about it, just tell your friends I’m a good guy”. I thought wow awesome, this guy is great. Unfortunately he is not a man of his word. I never received papers via email, so I emailed him a few days later making sure he had the correct email for me. No response. The weeks following I left multiple voicemails asking for updates (voicemails bc he was always busy and there’s never a chance to actually reach him.) No response. On my final attempt reaching out to him his voicemail box was full (because he never checks them I guess) and I made the receptionist aware of the situation and that I wasn’t sure what to do anymore. She typed an email to him while on the phone with me of all the attempts I’ve made to contact him. In the email she asked him to respond to me within 24hrs. He still has yet to. It’s now been over a month since my car accident, I hadn’t filed a claim because this man that was suppose to be representing me advised me not to. I finally called my insurance company who had been hounding me and let them know of the situation and they said Cam really could have made this worse for me if I kept waiting bc they were getting ready to drop the claim altogether. That they had tried contacting him multiple times as well and he was always “busy” and never returned their calls either. The last voicemail I left him before his voicemail box was full, I told him if he was no longer interested in representing me or taking on this case that he could let me know via call, email or even text. That I just wanted to move on and get things done. He couldn’t even do that. Pathetic. I started telling my friends about him after he began ghosting me. I told my friends just like he asked, but I told of how he wasn’t a good guy like he claims. After speaking to them I ended up finding out he had done this to others with dragging his feet through these processes. This is other people’s lives. You can not tell them you will help, build up hope and let them think things are being taken care of and then just not do anything. Good people don’t do that. He has caused me even more stress and anxiety from an already emotionally and mentally taxing situation. Save your time, breath and money from Cam Stanley. If you are looking for someone to help you with legalities I recommend Zach DeSilvis or Nathan VanDenBerghe from Shinaver Law Office. Extremely prompt and helpful.

Cam Stanley was very nice. I wanted to talk to a lawyer about some questions I had and was advice to come to him and I’m happy I did!! I recommend him and also he made me feel at home. Nice guy

I retained Mr. Webber back in 2020. He went all through the rest of 2020 and the 1st couple of months in 2021 with email correspondences asking how our case was moving along he kept giving us the excuse that the courts weren't open due to covet so he couldn't file anything When I finally caught on to his lies and I started calling the Courthouses to see if he had filed anything yet by April of 2021 nothing had been filed so I contacted him again and overnight he threw together a lawsuit half of the information in which I don't know where he got Then expected me to be able to do his job instead of being able to set up time to meet with us How this man is on the bar association for Defiance County I would like to know I have heard more nightmare stories about what this man has done to people he should be in Jail How is this man the President of the Defiance County bar association? He is literally untouchable. I have been trying to transmit to the bar and the grievance board for over a year. And they just keep telling me well, he's the President. What do you expect us to do? There's not really much we can do.

Great attorney, nice guy. But just out of the blue stopped communicating or responding to emails, or calls. Won't even explain why. No invoice for services rendered nothing.
