“Doesn't return phone calls" and "Great attorney, nice guy. But just out of the blue stopped communicating or responding to emails, or calls. Won't even explain why.”

Failure to follow through on promises and commitments
“Unfortunately he is not a man of his word. I never received papers via email, so I emailed him a few days later making sure he had the correct email for me. No response." and "He still has yet to. It's now been over a month since my car accident, I hadn't filed a claim because this man that was suppose to be representing me advised me not to.”

Lack of competence and organization
“How is this man the President of the Defiance County bar association? He is literally untouchable. I have been trying to transmit to the bar and the grievance board for over a year. And they just keep telling me well, he's the President. What do you expect us to do? There's not really much we can do." and "He didn't follow through with anything causing the opposite outcome that we wanted. He was very unorganized.”
