Andrew left a lasting impression on me from day one. He took personal interest in our situation and was quick to offer suggestions. We needed something done quickly and it certainly was. Andrew represents the best of his profession. He's represented our business in instances of HR issues, clients defaulting on payment and when we experienced a security breach leading to fraudulent credit card charges. On the real estate side, he's advised on and constructed our LLC's and created tenant contracts for those. Hes also advised on situations surrounding breach of those agreements. We have absolute trust in the counsel Andrew provides our organization, and myself personally.

From the very beginning his work was precise, methodical and accurate. He worked our case with a level of care and compassion that made me feel that he had taken our issue to heart. Throughout all the challenges from the other party and hearings & rulings from several different legal bodies, his calm and reassuring demeanor kept me grounded and focused despite there being times when I was close to losing hope in our case. Ultimately, we won a unanimous decision at Ohio Supreme Court and the Secretary of State, thanks to Andy's diligence and hard work.

I started a new environmental remediation business with two other partners recently. We contracted Mr. Wecker's firm (Manos, Martin, & Pergram Co., LPA) to construct the operating agreement and prepare our business documents required by the State of Ohio. Mr. Wecker did a terrific job of explaining our options related to the operating agreement and really listened to our needs. Furthermore, when we came back to Andrew to modify the agreement he did so quickly and accurately to reflect our desired changes.

Mr. Wecker handles all my wireless specific related real estate transactions. I purchase existing towers and build new assets as well. Andy has been a great resource for these types of transactions. I have been using Andy and his firm for over 5 years now and highly recommend him.
