To begin, please believe what you are reading in the reviews. I made the mistake of not following my initial intuition. If possible to give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend Lawrence Law Office to anyone in need of a competent and responsive divorce attorney. My experience was deeply frustrating due to an extreme lack of communication, inconsistent billing practices, and an overall failure to provide proactive legal representation. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my calls were rarely returned. Meetings never took place in person, and the only service provided was reacting to the opposing party’s filings—never creating or submitting anything on my behalf. Additionally, the firm relied on improper templates rather than crafting case-specific documents. Billing practices were also highly questionable. I was charged $450 per hour, with a minimum 15-minute charge just for reading an email. Given the lack of original work done on my case, these charges felt excessive and unjustified. If you are looking for an attorney who will actively advocate for you, communicate clearly, and provide value for their fees, I strongly suggest seeking representation elsewhere.

I have heard many great things about the attorneys at this office, and that they do great work! They fight tooth and nail for the clients they intend to serve. I would highly recommend this office.

The person I spoke with who sets up new clients stated they will not talk to me without me paying a retainer. I simply wanted to talk to Linda Lawrence about hiring her to be my attorney. I got the runaround from her handler. Her handler made excuses such as I need to get the divorce court date my wife scheduled to be a different date and then call them back. Absurb. Do not recommend. Fire this handler!

Linda was great to work with - very attentive, knowledgeable and reassuring. Would recommend her and Lawrence Law Office to anyone without hesitation.

I cannot recommend their services. The work was good but their billing follow up is atrocious. They forgot to apply a payment of slightly over $1600 to my retainer that I had to catch and tell them they charged me for. My case was then finalized in the first week of October and I had to contact them twice, once the week of thanksgiving and once more this week, to get my retainer refunded. I would avoid and seek services elsewhere.

They are STIFFS. Did not pay small bill for Process Service in Cleveland Area. Repeated attempts in collecting but for only $135.00 wasn't worth suing for, which I'm sure there tiny legal minds fiqured. Get PAID in ADVANCE. Gerard Mosback Shouldn't even be 1 Star !!!!!

I had a very complicated issue with my ex husband’s military pension. They were successful in fighting to get it for me and win the appeal. They work hard and the fees were reasonable. Top law firm.

Laura was very thorough with me and provided new perspective in our initial meeting. No complaints!

They lack precision in providing service to their clients. They not only refiled paperwork that was already prepared, but tried to collect on the work we never requested from them. They filed incorrect paperwork regarding our case. We ended up representing ourselves, and succeeded.
