Very professional.

My family and I highly recommend AlerStallings. The entire team made this very stressful time in our lives so much easier. Aaron in the Delaware office was more than willing to answer all of our many questions and made sure we missed no deadlines.

My husband and I used this Alterstallings and we met with Amy Himmelrici and her team to help our neighbor that we have been living next to for 20 years get the correct care that she needed she kept continuously falling and she had no will and no family so nothing was set up for her future and Amy and her team did an amazing job getting her all of the correct care and Financial assistance that she needed I would highly recommend them !!

I really enjoyed working with the AlerStallings team. Brenon, one of the attorneys, was kind and knowledgeable. This group helped my family so much through such a stressful time. We are glad we found them. My family highly recommends AlerStallings.

Seemingly overwhelmed and very apparently unorganized no great characteristics for law

If only I could give negative stars! Misleading and dishonest. Senior associate, Amy, passed off the estate dealings of my wife's grandfather to a very unqualified paralegal. The entire process was to only take three months, two months in and nothing filled, no updates, and copies were the only progress made. The paralegal falsely claimed to send a packet via mail, then sent a harassing email when she received nothing back. Every piece of information about next of kin and family preceding in death was wrong! On top of it all, when called on it and informed we would take the estate elsewhere, Amy decided to blame my wife, become belligerent and proceed to cut me off during our phone call. The one plus, the lady at the office knew I wasn't playing when I showed up and retrieved the paperwork immediately. Don't give them any business. Simply a large state wide firm that takes advantage of people wanting their help. Despicable.

Matt was helpful and informative though the whole process of planning for the future. The process was much easier and pleasant than I thought estate planning would be.

I went in to get some estate planning information. I spoke with Matt Fening. He seemed extremely knowledgable and I left with a feeling of clarity about my situation. I would recommend AlerStallings to anyone with questions about estate planning.
