Poor communication and responsiveness
“I'd give zero stars but you have to give one to leave a review. Never once in the 7 months that I had a case with them did I EVER get a returned phone call. Emails? Sometimes but NEVER a returned call.”

“I cannot recommend their services. The work was good but their billing follow up is atrocious. They forgot to apply a payment of slightly over $1600 to my retainer that I had to catch and tell them they charged me for.”
