Elliot Feldman Law Group made the process as simple and seamless as possible. Stephanie was a great communicator and very detailed and organized. Elliot was great at explaining the different parts of the trust and took the time to really understand my situation and what I was looking to accomplish before he went through his recommendations. Everything was basically done through Zoom and, at my request, most of the communication was done through text. Stephanie was always available to answer any questions I had as well. I highly recommend working with this team and have referred my family and friends to them.

Elliott and Stephanie were easy to work with. Stephanie was available to answer all questions and responded very quickly, even on the weekends. The process was made easy with understandable instructions on how to move various assets into the trust. End product well documented our wishes and easy to follow for our successors. We recently went through a very difficult process after my FIL passed away regarding his estate, we are beyond relieved to have this done for our family, and we couldn't be more pleased with the process working with the Elliot Feldman Law Group! Elliott specializes in estate planning and we covered things we didn't even know we needed to address. One main thing that we had NEVER thought about was who would be the legal temporary guardians so our 16 year old would never have to go into child protective services. The process was so organized that we felt that both our individual needs for our family were addressed, and there were so many things we never had thought of needing to be addressed that Elliot brought to our attention. Once the decisions on what we wanted were made, Elliott and his team provided step by step instructions on what WE needed to do next, what they were doing, timelines, and spreadsheets to ensure we stayed on track for completion. All of the information is organized to ensure we and our loved ones will always know where to find the required info when eventually needed. What we are most impressed with is that this is not a one and done.. we will have a review every 3 years to update the necessary documents as life events happen. OR address if any inheritance or estate laws have changed and making the necessary adjustments. Again.. things we never thought about prior to working with the Elliot Feldman Law Group. If you are thinking about doing your estate plan and are on the fence on where to start or who to go to (which was where we were a few months ago) we cannot recommend the Elliot Feldman Law Group highly enough.
