I was interested in updating my estate planning, etc. and signed up for one of Elliott's 15-minute free consults. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. No less from someone who, I thought, was trying to establish a trusted attorney/client relationship. He immediately launched into his sales pitch without asking a single question about myself, my wife, our family, or our objectives. His "pitch" included trying to get us to fill out a "form" to list our assets, which would then be followed up with a 2-hour zoom call to go through in detail. He claimed that he normally would charge $750 for this 2-hour session but that if we filled out this "form" ahead of time he would drop the price to $97. I told him that I would consider it and would like to see the form and he insisted that I needed to provide the $97 up front before he would send me the form. I'll take my business elsewhere.

We loved working with Attorney Elliott Feldman and Stephanie Gwennap! They were very professional and explained everything so we could understand from start to finish.
