Brian Watts got me custody of my kids and made my ex-husband pay full child support. I got way more than I could have imagined at the end of the divorce case and I attribute that to Brian’s efforts and detailed knowledge of the law. Brian was quick to respond to all my texts and emails. He helped keep me calm and kept me up to date on all the legal stuff. I’m so happy now that I’m divorced and I am so pleased with the outcome Brian helped me get.

I had a great experience working with Brian on my recent divorce. After a detailed consultation he had me fill out some paperwork. He told me exactly what to fix after he reviewed it. He then did all the filing for me and all I had to do was show up! His fees were transparent and he was very clear about what to expect at the courthouse. On the actual day I knew where to go and exactly what to do. It was such a relief to know everything was done correctly and legally, and that my rights and obligations were all accounted for. I saw another reviewer complaining that they had to gather their own financial info and get the paperwork notarized themselves. A divorce attorney is not a psychic magician--he doesn't know your financials and he can't pretend to be you at a notary, so yes, there is some work for you to do. Overall he was helpful and very responsive.

We hired Brian to help us with a divorce situation. It now has been 7 months and not much has got done. Every time we needed to fix paperwork it would take him about three weeks to a month to even respond back. He never explained anything fully and then would tell us that we had to pay more to speak to him again. Finally we got a different attorney and to find out we filled out the wrong paperwork. We threw $500 down the drain. He was worthless and a waste of time.

I had found Brian Watts through Craigslist, as I think most people do. Our first conversations were great and I decided to hire him on. I did not realize upon hiring him that all I was getting, was the paperwork completed. I could have easily completed the same paperwork myself and saved myself 400.00. Now, there was a lengthy amount of time between contacts and even after I received my finished paperwork; I had to wait till I could get divorced (financial reasons). Once I was ready, I reached out and never received any kind of response. Honestly, if you want to hire someone JUST to fill out papers for you - you can do them yourself. Ohio is allows pro se representation and you can fill out the divorce papers on your own. Even if you have a strange situation, it's possible to still do it on your own. I wound up having to completely redo my paperwork because so much time passed that address of both parties changed and I wasn't even given all of the papers necessary. Not to mention, I didn't need a divorce - I only needed a dissolution. Just another way to make it even more expensive. He will also tell you that it's more money to go to court with you, more money to file online for you (which by the way, you can file online yourself), and more money for this or that. He might seem affordable to complete the papers but there are lawyers who will do everything for you for double what he charges. Save your money and file once you have all the money or find a lawyer who will take payments if you don't want to file by yourself. Serious waste of 400 dollars

I'm very glad I hired Brian Watts to do my divorce case. I found his ad on craigslist and saw his fee was much cheaper than all of the other attorneys I had called. He explained everything to me in detail and returned all my calls quickly. I was divorced within 60 days of hiring him and everything went smoothly. If you are looking to get divorced and hire an attorney who is not only affordable but who is also nice to deal with and very detailed in everything then I would recommend hiring Mr. Watts.

Found him on Craigslist for a divorce , after he got my check for a flat fee, he sent me a questionnaire to fill out and then I waited for a month. Email him twice, no reply. Called him and he called back once with a different attitude than before I wrote the check, also claimed that he didn't get any email. Since then, he never called me back nor sent me the forms that he was supposed to prepare for my case. Did I mention that he asked for extra $100 if I wanted my paperwork done within 24hrs, tried to make money out of me

Mr. Watts was the best choice I could have made for my uncontested divorce. He was the most affordable attorney I found after talking to many attorneys. I've been divorced before so I know a little about the process and Mr. Watts explained everything very clearly and I felt like he really cared about my case. His documents that he did for me were so much more detailed than my last attorneys documents on my last divorce case. He had everything to me quickly and I was divorced with no issues. I was very happy with Mr Watts.

I retained his services for a flat fee, then he simply helped me fill out documents printed off the Supreme Court's website. Not worth the money.

I'm very happy I picked Mr. Watts to handle my uncontested divorce. He was professional and pleasant to work with but the best part was that his flat fee was a lot cheaper than all the other lawyers I searched for and I searched a lot of lawyers. Mr. Watts explained the law and the process to me in a way I could easily understand. The divorce process went just as he said and I was divorced within 2 months. I found this attorney on Craigslist. I am a mother fighting a battle to have my babies back in my home after their father used the system to legally kidnap them. Attorney Watts, called my home and as I began to tell him the story, he kept interrupting me and not listening at all. I found myself repeating things over and over again. He told me " The court found you to be unfit". A woman with no arrest record EVER but he has multiple Domestic Violence arrests and I'm unfit?! Please be careful with this attorney...especially if you have children involved!!
