I hired Jeff in April of 2023 after returning from the Philippines. I had talked to Jeff before the trip and he gave me sound advise on what to bring back from the trip even before I hired him. He took care of our K1 and K2 visa application, I t was a long process due to the back up still from Covid-19. His timeline was accurate from day one on how long the process would be. We used Jeff for our K1 visa and permanent residency process. The journey from where we had to begin to where we are now was definitely stressful to say the least, but now I have my husband here next to me thanks to the help of Jeff. COVID-19 didn’t make any of this easier, but through this longer than usual journey he was always there to ease my nerves. I hired Jeff to fill out my paperwork for my adjustment of status process. My case was a little more complicated than it was straightforward, as such I was extremely worried. Jeff calmed me down right away and was there whenever I needed to ask him questions. He had a friendly relatable demeanor and as such quickly put my fears to rest.
