I called for a consultation, the secretary was incredibly rude and didn’t have time to bother with me. I asked one question about setting up a consultation and she jumped straight to “I cannot give you legal advise.” No mam, I was simply inquiring about SCHEDULING the consultation. I couldn’t get past her rude, couldn’t-be-bothered attitude. This woman should not be the front line of any business, at least any business that wants clients.

Justin was wonderfully helpful and I would be more than happy to refer him to anyone in a situation similar to mine.

Mr Doucet had a wealth of knowledge. He was able to put me on the right track in handling my potential case. Thank you.

John and Troy are great. Troy goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and is always available to help if needed. John is quite impressive with his extensive knowledge of the law. John is a one stop shop in my book. Troy and John work well together to make sure the job gets done.

I contacted Doucet @ Associates at a time when I was too busy to deal with a legal matter due to illness in the family. They told me that I could save money by doing things myself, but I needed to spend the time with my ill family member, and told them to represent me. While I might have found a less expensive firm (based on hourly charges alone), this firm had the insight and experience to deal with the various courts and other attorneys, and to settle my case out of court while still getting results that worked out both for me and the other side. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing legal services, especially services at the core of their business. They worked following my preferences and came back only when needed to get my clarification and approvals. I am very satisfied with their services.

I talked with Troy Doucet over the telephone for yesterday for a telephone consultation regarding a potential issue that we were having. He was extremely forthcoming with information from the start and provided a game plan moving forward should the issue escalate. Since he provided me with information from our initial discussion to put my mind at ease during our call, I would have been more than happy to compensate him for his time.
