I was in a car accident on November 30, 2020. Head on collision, the driver of the other car was coming the opposite way from me and made a left hand turn in front of me even though I had the green light. The driver tried to say it was my fault although he was the only one cited for the accident. His insurance company (State Farm) told me they would only accept 60% fault because the driver felt I was speeding, they say anything to get out of being wrong. I called Tompkins Selph and Associates after being recommended by a friend. They started on my case the day I called them. I’m terrible with keeping up with updates and making calls to check on my case but they kept me updated and eventually convinced the drivers insurance company to take 100% fault. They answered every question I could possibly have and stayed on top of my case even when I didn’t. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me. They even recommended an amazing chiropractor for my needs. I’d definitely use them again if I needed them.
