If you need a lawyer for any type of custody case, call this lawyer first. I strongly recommend Mr.McCash, he is knowledgeable and efficient. He is caring as well, and that is hard to find in a lawyer.

I met with Tom for a free initial consultation. Not only did he spend significantly more time with me than was necessary...but, he actually referred me to another law firm local to my proceedings. Attorney McCash met with me at one of the most difficult times in my life. My child's mother refused to allow me to see my son. He filed to establish my rights and was able to get orders I place to let me see my son and get rights to make decisions on his care.

Mr McCash handled my child custody case. A current custody order was already in place, but a situation arose where an amendment would be necessary. The case dragged on for a couple of years, partly due to the other party, partly due to the court system (change in magistrates). Mr McCash held on through the delays, checking in with me during the lulls to make sure there was nothing that needed attention and kept me informed of court documents as they were filed.
