I contacted Simonoff Law early in the morning and was informed Mr. Simoff was out of the office that day on vacation. As a new client, the staff didn't have any previous dealings with me, nor any knowledge of my background. I was quite frantic due to the stress of the situation. Mr. Simonoff's highly competent assistant listened to my needs, and took the time to examine the documents I emailed to the firm mid-conversation with her. She put me at ease by interpreting the information that was very confusing to a layman like myself, and shortly after contacted Mr. Simonoff to ask if he would take a same day appointment. Mr. Simonoff graciously agreed to meet with me later that day, putting his own personal time behind him in order to take care of my legal matter. He provided outstanding counsel, swiftly resolved my needs, and delivered results that exceeded the expectations I had when searching for representation. I'm sincerely grateful for the staff’s knowledge, professionalism, and most of all for the fact that they’re genuinely good people with big hearts.

Thought he would be a great lawyer with all the comments he had. They must of been from friends and family. For my custody case, he cared more about what my ex wanted even though I was paying him to be my lawyer. He had to addend the journal entry TWICE due to his mistakes. Wonder what other mistakes he is making without telling you... Yes I was a client of yours, way to play it off....

I retain this law firm for an on going custody issue. And after reading review I thought I was making a good choice. But after countless times on trying to get him to file motions and communicate I finally had to give up and retain a different lawyer. If you got nothing but time and don’t want to be to involved in your case I’m sure he will be alright. I have gotten more done in the past day then I have in the past year with him.

I'd like to revise a previous review on Mr. Albenze. While there have been moments of frustration while working with him the past few months, he has also shown his true character when it mattered most. He is a good guy and very good at what he does. May be a bit busy, but that's what happens when you build a solid portfolio. I'd definitely recommend him to potential clients in the future and will be using him for any issues I may have going forward.
