I had a consumer protection issue to discuss with an attorney to get their perspective on whether I have a case or not. I spoke with Jack Malicki, who gave me initial guidance on this potential case.
It was challenging to find a firm that specializes in consumer protection, but this firm does and offered to help me after laying out the pros/cons that I needed to make a sound decision should I choose to go that direction.

Poor experience in the Consultation Process. Holder Rule Violations seem to be too difficult for this law firm to be bothered with.

I briefly talked to Mr. Malicki on the phone regarding an insurance issue related to my car accident. He doesn't handle this type of legal issue but was very helpful in providing prospective and directing me. Our conversation was brief but very centered on my issue and very helpful. There was no financial cost to me.
