Jim was very personable from the beginning. He accepted my case after my previous lawyer fell ill and dropped all her clients. Jim was very reasonable about the retainer and my situation. He responded quickly to all of my calls and emails and answered all my questions in a manner I could easily understand. He made sure that I felt comfortable with all the arrangements of my divorced and followed through with my request to wrap things up quickly.

Jim is an outstanding lawyer & goes well beyond the extra mile to help his clients out. He's always there to help out in critical situations whether it be in the evening, or on the weekend. He puts in more hours than anyone else I've seen. Jim offered candid & reasonable advice in my very difficult divorce case. He tries to work out a reasonable resolution, while serving as an outstanding advocate. He should definitely be your top choice if you're looking for a lawyer.

Jim just saved me $165,000 in alimony payments over the next 3 years. With his help, we showed that my X was co-habitating with the guy I divorced her over. It was a truly satisfying experience and worth every dollar I paid him.

Represented me in a dissolution/parenting case. Was very pleased with his responsiveness, especially via email. The case worked out well as a result of Mr. Gemelas' guidance and knowledge as well as fairly decent cooperation between my spouse and me.
