I had a very unique and stressful custody situation and initially tried representing myself. Once I started to realize that I would need an attorney, I was referred to Atty Mishak. From the first time I met with him at his office, je was not only reassuring that we didnt have a thing to worry about, but that it wouldnt cost me a fortune! He gave me the reassurance that i needed and ended up getting everything settled before trial while also being ready for trial. Atty Mishak went over all the paperwork and made any chamges I thought were necessary. Rather than makong me feel like I was knit picking, he agreed that i shouldnt sign anything I didnt fully understand and fully agree with.
