Since my mom is housebound, he went out of his way to come to our home, making the process so much easier for her. From my experience, Mandy was unfamiliar with the nuances of Ohio public law. She made a few mistakes that almost caused a really bad outcome, and became defensive when she was corrected. AVOID THIS ONE.

Mandy represented my father in court and was incompetent disheveled sloppy mess.

This Attorney is also the Prosecutor for Willowick OH where her officers reported that they were instructed by her to charge anyone who had Marijuana on their possession as a criminal regardless of weather or not they obtained and were possessing it legally. Furthermore when upset this didn't work, she advised her officers a month later to try and contact the citizen and try To convince them to come back into the courthouse to add additional charges that were let go and disregarded in the first place. BOO for lack of fairness and integrity in the position of a public servant.. much less a public defender and defense attorney!!

I contacted Mr. Gonakis reguarding a traffic violation. He turned what could've been a major inconvenience into what I would consider a very positive outcome. He handled everything from A-to-Z explained everything in detail, and his rate was more than reasonable, considering the circumstance. I definitely recommend Mr. Gonakis to anyone in need of legal representation.
