I first called Mr. Rowland about my case on a Saturday afternoon, He picked right up, asked me the appropriate questions and I set up a time to meet with him. Upon meeting with him I felt from the start he was going to do his best work for me and not give me any bs just straight to the point. He was able to get the outcome I wanted and a bit more. He always reinsured me that “I work for you” making sure I was getting all my questions answered. Plus he has the most wonderful paralegal who is always on point. I had a great experience with Mr. Rowland, would recommend to anyone dealing with a OVI case.

Charles Rowland is the best lawyer in the area and possibly in the country for a DUI. I was on my second DUI and he did get it reduced to a much better sentence. Mine happened during a motorcycle accident with injuries in Champaign Co. This is one of the toughest counties to deal with in the state of Ohio. I would highly recommend him and trust him and his staff. Roger
