(STAY FAR AWAY) If I could grade Jamie Anderson lower than a (F) I would. Jamie’s assistant & entire office staff was horrendous. Extremely rude from day 1. $5,500.00 Retainer then Cricket's. If you want an attorney that will just take your money and then not give you the time of day then this is the attorney for you. Divorce attorneys are a joke and take on way to many clients that they 100% do not have time for. This is a serious problem in the Dayton area.

I was very impressed with the professionalism from both Mr. Rowland and his staff. He helped me understand everything going on with my case and the out come was exactly what he said it would be. I would highly recommend him and his staff as this was my first time dealing with the police and court systems, and as I stated before they were very helpful in understanding the process and what was needed. Thank you again Mr. Rowland and your staff you are a light in a dark place for most.

I definitely recommend David and his people if you need an attorney. Filing bankruptcy was scary enough but him and his people made it easier. They all respond very quickly with emails or calls. The process was very smooth. Even after my case was done David still took time to reach out to me if I had any questions and answered them all. I highly recommend! Never even got a chance to talk to Jamie herself, as her assistant was rude and nasty. The attorney didn't attend the appointment, I called fifteen minutes after the appointment time, and was hung up on by the assistant. Awful service.

He doesn’t timely file, he doesn’t answer emails, and he screws the paperwork up. He says he’ll do things, and years will go by without any action. I had creditors calling me for documentation that he failed to submit. I often had to contact the trustee for things he failed to act on. In fact, I nearly filed complaints with LegalShield and the bar for his inaction and incompetence. Because Google auto-suppresses reviews when they get too lengthy, you can find more detail on Avvo under the name Steve.

David Smith was fabulous to work with. Very compassionate and prompt in returning phone calls and emails. He worked with me every step of the way. I highly recommend him.
