Lack of communication and updates from attorneys
“Not really happy with the service of the legal team. The paralegal was changed in the middle of my case without explanation and the new paralegal didn't seem to know my case.”

Dissatisfaction with settlement amounts
“I wasn't happy with my outcome. I was promised that I'd get what I deserved and that we'd go to court if that's what it took to get a fair settlement. In the end, my attorney had left right before my case settled and I was given a female attorney and I felt she didn't know me and didn't fight for me at all.”

Concerns about overcharging and not prioritizing client's best interests
“AVOID!!!! They claim to Never take more than the client, which I would say is true IF THEY EVER PAID MY BILLS!! I received 1/3 of my settlement only. Who knows where the rest went!?”
