Overall very unsatisfied with the service I received.

I started working with them back in September. If you get injured in accident, you really need to call them. They help you out, respect and they do the best the can an how fast they can.

I will certainly come back as a client to KNR if need be. They were very understanding and explained the process well from beginning to end.

Anthony and his team really explains things. Kristine, his paralegal was really nice to me when I was depressed about my case.

We were told inaccurate information from the beginning of our case. We were then told they would do certain things such as return phone calls, get information, research facts of our case, and such things never happened. Our attorney cancelled our disposition twice and even when it did take place, they had not provided the other side even 1/8 of the medical bills and information they would have needed to properly dispose me. We were not notified of a court date until a week before and did not hear from the attorney regarding what to expect until the night before. She didn't do anything what she said she would do at the court hearing and I have never felt backed into a corner and unprepared for anything in my life. I expected so much more support and knowledge from them, but did not receive it at all. My attorney was even late to court and not properly prepared. She didn't have any of the necessary information they said they would have to be able to make a logical decision while being backed into the corner. I would not trust their firm again and really have nothing good to say about them except their paralegal staff is really courtesy and supportive of clients.
