Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can if you’re filing for any type of bankruptcy! Long story short, my wife’s car needed a new transmission and was told from a mechanic that it’s not worth the money to fix this car and to get a new one. So I started the process to get a new car in January. (Need to get a approval through the trustee) I was told it would take 30 days. We are in almost month 5 and still haven’t gotten a car. I’ve called this place numerous times weekly, and either my attorney is on the other line or my attorney would call me back the following day. (Which happens about 2% of the time) ZERO communication and ZERO professionalism. How do they expect me to repay my payment plan but have no vehicle to get to work? I HIGHLY recommend you spend your money elsewhere then to spend a dime at this place!!!

My case is still ongoing and will be for sometime, however I am EXTREMELY pleased thus far and will continue to provides updates as things progress. Every one has been very patient kind and understanding. In fact I have a wonderful paralegal assigned to me named Tara, she always very promptly responds to all my questions, and not only listens to me but pays attention! She as been very reassuring during this time also, since I was in a car accident and just had to have surgery she has been very encouraging and offered lots of good advice. I realize cases like this can take a long time, I'm very happy and definitely feel I made a solid choice in the Amourgis Law Firm!! UPDATE 1/22/2021; Tara, my paralegal has been great requesting and amassing the over 1,200 pages my file contains for submission to the insurance company. Over the course of that time she has promptly answered hundreds of my questions and has been very reassuring, as well as patient. But she was very aggressive in seeking the necessary bills and records to move forward with the process. I am, and continue to be very pleased with her work and the work of the Amourgis firm as a whole, and will continue to provide updates on my experience. Thanks.

Keep getting letters of failure from debtor to file documents that i either didnt receive or was told it was standard practice! Based on the advice i was given, now im being told that after five years of paying off my bankruptcy, i won’t be discharged! I’m walking to work because i can’t get a loan till the discharge goes thru and the lawyer will not respond!

They didn't guide me through the process or explain any thing. Basically they use you for the benefit of them and the chiropractor that advertises them. I came out short they came out happy. As a lawyer you explain, whats necessary and whats not, so your client will recieve the best. If you want your best interest considered. Then DONT CONSIDER THEM. Word of mouth and social media is powerful I'll be using both to make sure no one else gets robbed like I did! My state farm settlement offered more than I got from using this company next time I'll settle. Guarentee never to use them again... neither will anyone who will hear about this business on my social media.

Never return calls and attorney changes all the time they get their money and never address issues poor service looking for new attourney

My husband used them and it was fine, so when we had a accident, we decided to just use them again. Apparently, the lawyer we previously had was no longer there. We had the worst experience! They didn’t respond or do anything in a timely manner. They expected me to do a bunch of the gathering of information. The case took way longer than it should have. I had bill collectors still calling me about my medical bills that were supposed to have been paid out already because the money had already been dispersed. I had to call the lawyers to make sure they were paid. One of my doctors had to approach me saying she jad call and left messages over a dozen times with no response about payment. I had to call the lawyers to ask why she hadn’t been responded to or paid. I do not recommend them especially if you have never had to deal with any legal issues and are expecting them to walk you through it and handle everything for you. We had to do a lot of the work and probably could have negotiated a settlement better on our own. Hire someone else, anyone else.
