They were great up front at explaining to us the process and different avenues for filing Bankruptcy. In dealing with Julius he made us feel comfortable and made us laugh during our initial meeting, after talking we decide to start the process for chapter 7. Once we got our paperwork faxed, emailed, and brought into office for our 2nd meeting with and assistant we were feeling even better about the process, there was a lot of paperwork which is understandable, However for our 3rd meeting with Scott he made us feel uncomfortable, and totally feeling like we shouldn't move forward, as if it was a burden to help us. From the 1st to the 3rd meeting it seemed as if details were not communicated with the attorneys, we had to give the attorneys the same answers to questions we were already asked the 2 prior meetings. We sent in all proper paperwork and we kept getting messages to send in papers we already gave them and said they already had. We went ahead and paid in full our fees to file on our 3rd meeting, however we left and my wife was in tears feeling like we were getting ripped of, so the assistants ended up getting a meeting over the phone set up with Julius and he convinced my wife it was a smart move and we shouldn't look back, I agreed that we should move forward because for our situation it was the best move for the time. Once it was closer to the time for meeting with the trustee, the evening before Charles called us to let us know that he was taking over and he would be in the meeting with us and trustee, which was fine but no one ever told us how the process worked and we would be dealing with so many attorneys. As for the discharge everything seemed to go good. I volunteered to let them take my pickup truck that had a lien, and Charles told us that Jessica was supposed to try and get our payments lowered for my wife's SUV. Well we never heard anything about either vehicle, so we have called the attorneys office multiple times with no answers to what is going on with the payments, they transferred us around the office for someone to keep telling us they would look into it and call us back. Never heard anything and left in the dark, like much of the 5 or 6 months we dealt with them. Needless to say my wife's car got repoed and its $4,000 to get it out of impound, and my truck that I voluntarily gave up in discharge is still sitting in my drive way that is not even registered anymore. So my wife calls and the set up a time for Charles to call my wife and talk about the repo and he didnt really have a solution other than to email Jessica. The lack of communication attorney to attorney and attorney to client was not very good for our experience, but I feel like they did get the job done when it came to discharge with the feeling of being left in the dark about details from our case throughout the process.
