I was in a car crash during the start of the outbreak in Napoleon Ohio. And was just not good at all untill the receptionist Kelly and Christina helped me get in touch with Deb those 3 are the real gems of this firm if it was not for them I'd still be leaving a 1 star and unless they (those 3 ) start handling cases I'd never use this firm again altho Deb was a god sent and a blessing the hassle I went through before her was enough but I will say Kelly listened to me complain in a very upset tone and never once got angry with me and kept her cool and still helped me sometimes 4 calls to her in 4 hours and she still answered and helped with it all and Christina I swear they put up with me stressed and angry and never once got unprofessional even tho I was. Can't say the same about my lawyer Breanna shaw she was the worst. I truly mean it. Bug shout out to Deb Kelly and Christina u r the glue to that place and a slight mention of Mackey he is helpful and to the point
