Actual litigation is nothing like what you see on TV. But Attorney Welling managed my case, made it seem reasonable and logical to me, and got me a good result. He is logical, direct and gives me both good and bad new in a factual manner. That aside, he is a wonder of strategy. I am sure that everybody thinks their case is a sure thing and worth a billion. Well you know what is really worth a billion? The insurance companies this man fights against. If you are not happy with this attorney, you are unrealistic at best.

My case was complex and honestly I did not think we would win. We turned down the settlement offer and went to trial. In the end we won a huge settlement. Extremely happy with Choken and Welling. Highly recommend.

Lawyer had no interest in fighting for me, just wanted to settle and get an easy paycheck after a car accident that was no fault of mine where I was hit head-on by a texting driver. He never even subpoenaed the phone records and just didn't want to work for his cut. He also did not pay all of my medical bills as promised out of the weak settlement I received and I am stuck paying for them still to this day. He did nothing for me and had his paralegal do everything. It took almost a year for a settlement and it was chump change.
