Initial response time was same day as called . Over a period of time response time compared to the initial dropped drastically. I called for updates and response time went from the same day to within the next 2 to 3 weeks . After conveying the inconsistencies of the Attorney's lack of communication. The attorney began communicating better.

I was in a car accident I want to say 2009 or 2010 and KNR took care everything while I was dealing with my pain and it took about a year for me to get my settlement but I got it and I was very grateful that they handle everything and I would recommend them and now they are handling another accident case for me
