Angelo Russo has been my landlord on commercial space and was amazing to deal with. He was fair on price and would take care of any concerns I had within 24 hours. If you are looking for a place to rent for your business, I would highly recommend getting into one of Mr. Russos properties if there is a vacancy.

Dealing with them as landlords was not cool. They don't call back, took so many phone calls over several months to try and get things in our apartment fixed (which they still didn't fix) and then they were all worried when the city inspector came through, wonder why?? 🤷

Michael has assisted me with multiple tenant evictions and a case where I was being sued for damages. He has always helped me understand exactly what the legal process would be and used terminology and language I could understand. He is fairly priced and has always done good work for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance in the Cleveland area.
