This man is extremely rude, arrogant, refuses to explain anything to you, acts superior to you, treats you like you are crap in the bottom of his shoes and apparently likes to pick and chose his cases. He is cocky and speaks over you and does not listen to what you have to say. He is NOT worth your time or your money!

We hired Kalina for my boyfriend to help with his divorce and to get him off child support. She was no help. When it came time for court, she had plenty of evidence needed to give the judge and still didn't do anything. No communication, Secretary was rude and disrespectful. Save your money and look for someone better!

Mr. Elliot wrote to the Ohio Court of Appeals that he prays for me and the court at night. I find this to be wildly inappropriate and frankly creepy. I am satisfied, but in no way surprised, that the court concluded the same. This is an attorney that should put the best interests of children first but thankfully is poor at his job.
