David (the son) is truly incredible at giving his true advice and expertise when it revolves around any legal matter. If you are ever in need of counsel, this is definitely the man to call. Will forever have him as my first point of contact for any future matters (hoping there are none). Be aware he will give feedback to you straight and cutthroat.

As co-counsel in a very high speed case I have to give complete kudos to Dave Jr. for his exceptional cross examination of a police officer. It is rare you find a state trooper who is so ineffective in his knowledge regarding the laser technology used in highway patrol, but because of Dave's exceptional cross examination skills, he was able to get that point across 100% to the judge. Despite an accusation of going 130 in a 65 mile zone, the judge found both clients, not guilty because of Dave's skills. More importantly than his talent, is his upbeat and positive demeanor. Too often we have to work with negative people and Dave has an outstanding attitude and is an all around first class gentleman and Attorney.
