I retained the services after the estimate for work was provided. The estimate was for about 20 hours. After receiving payments for 17 hours worth work, she informed me that she is not competent to answer all questions, sends me unfinished documents. Refers to another attorney who wishes to engage me with an open ended engagement. Sweet talks, has no substance.
