My experience does not reflect the other reviews. I unfortunately dealt with Mildred as the closer. She is unresponsive to time sensitive emails and communicates poorly. Strongly suggest using another title company or getting assurance to better communication from this one.

We have used PM Title twice now to record deed transfers and so far the experience has been great. They respond to emails promptly and are professional. I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

They dont call you back. They take money the shouldn't be and it doesn't go to the right person.they tell you one thing and other things seem to happen differently

PM Title is the best in the business. They are local to Columbus, and are true problem solvers. Time and time again, they have been the title company to save a deal, when the original title company fails to pull through. Also, their response times (phone or email) are unmatched!! A huge shoutout to Daniela - she leads by example, and paves the way for those in the industry.
