I’m a realtor with a recent string of unexpected title concerns popping up for my Buyers/Sellers. PM title was there to help in anyway they could, providing a needed service, advising of documents needed or process, and timely and efficient updates. They all work together as an office and a company very well, and also with myself and my family of buyers and sellers. We couldn’t have made it through some of those situations without PM Title. I have to say this title company went above and beyond for our closing. Our lender said the docs were there they weren’t, but thanks to this awesome team they got what was needed even tho the lender took about and hour and a half to get the docs to them we closed and it was awesome. I found out that my mortgage was incorrect spoke to them today and they are having it corrected. They are amazing!!

PM Title made closing on our properties SO EASY! The staff is always polite and thorough. We were given our very clear closing instructions timely and we received reminders as well. The office was beautifully decorated and comfortable, although we didn't have to wait long at all, I wouldn't have minded since we were very comfortable and the team was very hospitable. I can see why so many home buyers, sellers and realtors like working with them. They are also a supportive member of the community!

I have closed a few homes that leveraged PM Title's value proposition and have always been impressed in the professionalism, efficiency and ultimately the results of their work. For most companies, having this business outcome would be where the differentiator to competitors would end, but PM Title doesn't stop there. PM Title use their resources to provide to their/our communities. I believe they are so dedicated and diligent in their business value proposition so they can make a positive impact in our communities. I just don't think it can be any better than that.

My house closed on June 13 (I was the seller). On June 27 I get an email from a utility company, stating that the house is still in my name. Needless to say, from a liability perspective, this was very concerning. Sure enough, I go on the auditor and register of deeds website, no deed was registered and the house was still in my name. I called the evening of the 27th, and PM title said they couldn't do anything until the next day. No explanation was given as to why they had not registered my deed. I contacted the listing and sellers realtor. Finally, after I sent a very stern email that evening regarding liability and fraud, the deed was registered on June 28. I paid PM title almost $1,000 to print off a few pieces of paper, and yet they can't even register the signed ones within 2 weeks. I recommend finding another title company. Also, on June 13, I was told that if I didn't received the wire transfer that day, it would be done first thing the next morning. At 10:30 on the 14th I called because I still didn't have my money, they said I should expect it within the hour. Why should I have to call to get my money instead of them just doing their job and sending it to me?
