I was in a Motorcycle accident in 2018, I hired Rhys due to the insurance company refusing to pay out when their driver was at fault. He went above and beyond what I could have asked for, it was a tough case to begin with but he over came many obstacles. One of the main obstacles being that I'm stationed overseas which can make communication a bit challenging, despite that he has done everything he can, he has been very accommodating on when I'm available to talk about details of the case. Ome of the questions that came up during the case was if the headlight of the motorcycle was on at the time of the incident, Rhys was able to find the motorcycle despite it being two years later and it had been sold by the tow yard it was originally in and ensured the headlight worked. I can't recommend Rhys enough, and if I ever need his assistance in the future I will be sure to come back, it's nice having someone you know will help no matter where you are.
